enjoyed an extensive refurbishment and exemplifies
the French bistro, with French inspired cuisine
and a “goldmine” of a wine list.
Brisbane New’s Tony Harper in a September
2006 review said “So, there is a lot more
to Hotel Bravo than I’d previously thought.
It is a thoughtful amalgam of well-conceived
European bistro food, excellent service and
a crackerjack drinks list in a warm, modern
