I just wished to be in touch
to let you know that the change over from Monsoon
to Bravo BBQ has been one of the best things this
year! I frequently dine there now (at least weekly)
and every single time the food is amazing, the service
is warm and friendly and the whole concept is just
amazing. I seek to take new people there all the
time, and every time they are more than impressed,
amazed at how they didn't know such a great place
existed. I have also dined there in large groups,
and we were all amazed at the speed of service,
and variety offered still with the 5 sides and I
can not speak high enough of Bravo BBQ. Please pass
on my gratitude to your staff as I will surely keep
coming back as it is one of my favourite restaurants
in Brisbane. Great clean food, great wine list and
friendly staff - I will continue to keep spreading
the word and taking new and old diners there as
it is never hard to find someone to join for a midweek
meal once I tell them I am going to Bravo BBQ.

Just wanted to say thanks for
your help in organising my birthday dinner in the
private dining room at Bravo Bar.b.que. The service
was great and the main meals were excellent - very
satisfying portions. If you could let the manager
& the wait staff who attended to us on Saturday
night at Bravo Bar.b.que know that their service
was much appreciated. I will be recommending Bravo
Bar.b.que & Hotel Bravo to colleagues for future
functions.

Bar.b.que, April 27, 2010 - Well kept secret!
Great menu with a huge range
of different steak options. The steak was cooked
perfectly, and I love that you choose your own sides
to go with your meal. Will definitely be heading
back, would love to try their 'Tomahawk Rib' which
looked amazing on the table next to ours - massive,
very impressive!

I just wanted to write and thank
you for a wonderful time. The staff were delightful,
especially the young lady waiting our table, she
was especially patient and very efficient. The food
was also wonderful our compliments to the chef!
Thanks again, we will definitely be coming back
to Hotel Bravo, the whole experience from booking
to paying was excellent!

thank you so very much for organising my birthday
celebrations. The service was fantastic, the food
was incredible and your staff are above reproach.
Everyone in attendance was from a hospitality background
and they all commented on the PR and service skills
of your staff and their ability to interact with
their customers. It was your team of staff who made

Bravo, Absolutely loved Bravo! 9 February 2010
Went there recently for a friends
birthday dinner and were all so happy with everything.
Had dinner first which was great (duck was a favourite!),
service was good, and then finished off in the bar
with some amazing cocktails. Nice that they could
easily handle our large group. There is a carpark
also which was very handy for those who were driving.

Great food, non challenging,
filling and incredibly scrumptious. Very good value
for money and works well with large groups. We had
cocktails in the bar to start followed by a large
sit down dinner in the private dinning section of
the restaurant. the lamb rump was sensational and
the cauliflower and cheese side was a nice addition
to a flavoursome main.. Overall we loved and definitely
recommend!

We had dinner at Bravo's new
Bar B Que and walked away very happy, and very full!
We had a tasting platter to share to start with,
which was delicious (especially the unique spring
rolls). For mains we all had steaks; my Wagyu was
quite possibly the most tender, tasty piece of steak
I have ever had, without an over-abundance of fat
marbling that some Wagyu has. It was also cooked
perfectly. The service was great; attentive without
being too intrusive, and the outdoor table setting
was great on such a lovely night. The only let down
was with one of the steaks ordered, which arrived
more med-well than med-rare. Included is also a
nice bar area and good wine list. Highly recommended!

Great night out had by all. We
started dinner off with tapas as entree's and could
see why the people in the bar were enjoying them
so much. The restaurant was full and I was glad
I had made a booking. After our tapas we moved onto
mains. Friends of mine raved over the flavours that
the kangaroo and duck had to offer. The service
was excellent and the food came out just in the
right amount of time. We moved into the bar to enjoy
the cocktails that bravo is renowned for. The bar
was lively and had a sensational buzz about it.
Bravo can be described as restaurant and bar solely
by its name. Bravo!
